Prospective tenants are removed from the wait-list after 6 months. Please rejoin the waitlist if you are still waiting after 6 months.

*Summer25 Promo Credit:

The additional $10 credit will be applied manually after rental. Total rent paid in first or second month must be over $10 to receive the additional $10 credit. The credit will be applied after you reach at least $10 in rent fees.

**Tenant Protection:

Unit insurance or Tenant Protection is required. Your homeowners or renters insurance may cover storage units - please check with your insurance vendor. Minimum Tenant Protection ($2000 coverage/$12 per month) will be added and charged automatically after 14 days if proof of insurance is absent.
